Pilates and Crossfit by Bez
Pilates and CrossFit can be taken together or separately. Bezās style of Pilates is Mat Pilates, which is relatively fast moving with a particular focus around strengthening the core and alignment of the body. This class will make you sweat a bit, but not too much.
The CrossFit class will make your heart rate go up and you will sweat for sure. For this class you are welcome to bring hand weight (s) if you wish to use it.
Yoga by Anne
Anneās classes are medium paced Vinyasa flow classes that provide options for all levels of practitioners. Anneās teaching style is alignment focused, matching movement to the breath while encouraging students to build strength and flexibility. Her classes leave you feeling open, energized and refreshed.
Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts, itās also a way to stay fit while learning the skill of self defense.

Kidding Around Yoga for Kids
Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. KAYās secret is our playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. This is not your typical Yoga class. A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music.
Kidding Around Yoga classes are a unique opportunity to give your child skills that will provide a sense of balance, calm, and power for years to come.
Mindfulness for Teens
This class is an introduction to mindfulness for teens and will focus on the act of bringing your full attention to something drawing your awareness to what you are doing. Simply noticing what is happening right now and accepting it without judgment.
Research shows that mindfulness helps develop patience, focus, empathy, compassion, curiosity, listening skills, emotional intelligence, better sleep, better relationships, relaxation, reducing stress, impulse control, keeping calm, respect and acceptance. In addition, it will take the kids through a variety of activities to strengthen their understanding of mindfulness and develop a practice that suits their needs going forward.
Pottery
Pottery is something your kids will enjoy as they play with their hands. Itās messy, but itās rewarding and fun building something from nothing.
